Since moving to Australia, Alexa has based herself out of Sydney’s 98 Riley Street, and has developed her successful signature female focused weight training program “Creating Curves”. This is aimed at teaching women the fundamentals of correct lifting, in order to educate and empower them in the weights room. In addition to one on one coaching, she runs one day practical workshops throughout Australia, having been reviewed and recommended by Fitness First Magazine, Women’s Health & Fitness and Harpers Bazaar (Australia, Malaysia).
