Alexa has extensive media experience as a television presenter and health & fitness expert, being featured internationally on Bloomberg Asia and CNN’s The Don Lemon Show. She was the Fitness Expert for Australian Channel 9's Weekend Today, the challenge host and Taskmaster for Asia's Supermodel Me on Diva Universal, the Roving Reporter for Australian Women’s Health & Fitness Magazine and Australian Ironman & Bodybuilding Magazine and the face and host for Maxim Fitness TV on 7 Mate.

Her original signature female focused weight training program ‘Creating Curves” (based on the workouts of former Miss Universe Australia Renae Ayris), garnered international success with Harpers Bazaar Australia and Malaysia labeling her "The Model Whisperer" in reference to her transformations within elite circles.  Alexa herself has also been profiled in Elle, Marie Claire, Women’s Health & Fitness, Strong Fitness Magazine, Maxim Australia and Men’s Health.

Having studied post graduate Sports Journalism, Alexa enjoys writing herself. She was formerly the Head Trainer for both Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine Australia (with a monthly fitness column “Talking with Towersey”), and Head Trainer for Strong Fitness Magazine Australia (with a bimonthly mental health focused column “Livin’ Strong with Lex.”)   She is currently the “Gains Guru” for both Maxim Magazine Australia and NZ with a monthly fitness column, and co-hosts a podcast with LISTNR - “How Fitness Saved My Life”.
